Order Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at info@coralandcatania.com.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as processing may have already begun.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you immediately with options for a refund, exchange, or delayed delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our return policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Perfume bottles must have the seal unbroken.
• Leather goods must be unworn, unmarked, and in sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened perfume bottles
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Final sale/clearance items

Return Process

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Faulty Products
